Seriously depressing, some good advice, and like I didn't have enough to worry about already...
I have some issues with scrapers...
The problem is cheap metal scrapers rust, they rust fast, and it seems every time I need one I find a rusted out shadow of itself which then requires a trip to the local hardware store to enrich it's owners with a few more dollars.
It adds up...
Stainless steel scrapers are not much better. While they don't rust out in the spectacular fashion that plain steel do, they do however suffer from serious crevice corrosion and every time one snaps off at the hilt it fills me with dread of the chainplate sort. That said, stainless scrapers work finest kind but they are expensive so the crevice corrosion takes its hefty toll on the pocketbook over time.
So, what about a scraper that does not rust?
