Yep, that time of year again. I have that recurring urge to go out and buy some more ground tackle.

On the positive side Jeff Masters had some "H" season good news yesterday so things could be a lot worse. Still, it's needful to keep in mind that it only takes one hurricane up close and personal to make your year a very, very bad one.
