A workbench idea that might be boatworthy...

Let's face it... The news is currently so dire I just could not bring myself to bother reading it so you'll need to find your outrage somewhere else this morning.

While shopping for some guitar building gear at StewMac I came across this neat item...

Like all good ideas it's simple and it does not take a lot of imagination to see it morphed into all sorts of solutions aboard a boat. Since it's a simple/good idea it's also easy to just build it yourself from some scrap plywood you may have laying about.

Right now I'm thinking of building one for our salon table aboard "So It Goes" which will be all sorts of handy for lure making, fly tying, and guitar building... When not in use it will simply fold away under the table with no clutter

Listening to some Surf Sabbath (it's a spring reverb kinda day!)

So it goes...
