This is an interesting rig...
It's called the OMER wingsail and is a lot like the Gallant rig except more complicated and expensive. I expect that it will perform just like the Gallant.

As it happens, I've always been attracted to the Gallant rig by J Manners-Spencer as it seemed to make a lot of sense on a bunch of levels. If you want to find more information on the Gallant, the place to start looking is the Junk Rig Association.
There's a lot good to be said about the Gallant as an evolved junk rig and very little negative... Certainly a rig that should be considered more than it is and, since wingsails are currently flavor of the month, maybe it will be.
