What frolicsome Florida is up to, who needs lifelines, and Badtux says it all...

As expected, tropical storm Chantal sailed by south of us and the only evidence of its passing was a five minute squall...

What was surprising was how few people bothered to prepare at all and if Chantal had come nearer it might have been a whole lot more interesting and not in a good way.
