The folks at Off Center Harbor are not just great purveyors of excellent boat and marine based films and content but also add a lot to the greater maritime community. So, while many companies are price gouging and profiteering on the pandemic OCH is doing what they can to make things a bit more bearable during what seems like the never-ending debacle that is 2020.
